Chief Executive Officer and Founder
As the founder and CEO of Victory Rose Solutions LLC, Victoria Rosalie Gay has a vision focused on helping others to make their dreams come true. Victoria believes that nothing is out of reach with the right team working to support you along the way. One of her all time favorite hobbies is: making dreams into reality.
Victory Rose Solutions LLC is a small women owned and operated business consulting company that focuses on creating opportunities for women to work in an uplifting and professional setting, without compromising professionalism or family values. The main objective of Victory Rose Solutions LLC is to build better business together. Our target client is anyone who has a vision and is ready to make it into reality.
Victoria’s expertise is in strategic business development, growth, and transformation. After leveraging her Master’s of Public Administration degree from Virginia Tech, Victoria build a successful 7+ year career as an Information Technology Project Manager working in the public sector.
After years of working in positions where she was not seen nor given the autonomy to drive positive change, Victoria was finally brave enough to decide to be the change that she wanted to see in her life, so she quit her public sector job and Victory Rose Solutions LLC was born. Victoria has always had a heart to serve others. By embracing her passion to serve, she found the strength to get off the corporate ladder, and start using her knowledge, skills, and natural abilities to help build up those who also believes in making dreams come true.
Victoria is also a loving wife, daughter, and sister.
Vice President of Operations
Born in Floyd County, Virginia, Leanna Rose Carbone graduated Radford University’s accelerated Master’s Program in 2016 as a Magna Cum Laude. Ever since then she has applied her technical skills in communications, project management, and event planning in every position she has held.
Leanna is no stranger to making the difficult decisions required of leader – when selected as the Parliamentarian for a 501c3 non-profit on the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, she took painstaking care to ensure that the organization was compliant with all federal and state laws, working hand in hand with installation leadership and government liaisons, she managed to reconcile over a decade’s worth of neglected finances – protecting the future of the organization as they continue to serve countless servicemembers, veterans and their families, for years to come. She is currently serving as the elected Chief Financial Officer for the organization.
Additionally, she serves as a virtual assistant for a high-quality jeweler where she uses her instinct for inter- and intrapersonal communication to assist with social media management across multiple platforms.
Leanna’s passion is serving the military community and underprivileged communities.
Leanna Carbone is also the wife of a loving husband and the mother to a beautiful baby girl.
